    Lovell Employer Expectations

Year 11 took part in an engaging employer‑expectations talk with Lovell Homes that gave them a clear insight into what workplaces are really looking for. Students learned about the importance of punctuality, communication, teamwork and a positive attitude, as well as how essential it is to take responsibility and show initiative. The session helped them understand how their behaviour in school links directly to success in future jobs, and it encouraged them to start building the habits and confidence that will support them in the world of work.
